Cancellation and no-show policy
Evaluation only: request cancellation in your reservation. Staff can refund sandbox payments.
Deposit and offline fallback
Sandbox hold before pickup. If coverage is insufficient, release and authorize again or record a simulated offline deposit receipt.
Fuel policy
Synthetic exercise: return with the same fuel level.
